Return & Refund Policy
At Strength & Shine, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because many of our products are supplements, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and other personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Gift cards
- Final-sale or clearance items, when marked as such
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after it has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
